Job Description

Responsible for managing sales & marketing operations for promoting books and ensuring the business growth by achieving unit sales target
* Prepares a sales plan, sets a units-target after discussion with the seniors, and meets the target
* Coordinates all activity to ensure marketing, sales and follow up with schools
* Maps potential schools, visits schools and also open and close calls
* Recommend changes in products, service, policy, etc. based on evaluation of results and competitive development
* Investigate customer complaints, prepares reports and make recommendations to the management for settlement
