Candidate will be responsible for assisting business head in selling, promoting, marketing and the products of the company.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence for entire assigned area.
- Coordinate all activities to ensure marketing, sales and follow up with schools.
- Map potential schools, visit schools and also open and close calls.
- Recommend changes in products, service, policy, etc. based on evaluation of results and competitive development.
- Association with a brand with Pan India presence and more than 3 decades of roots.

Required Candidate profile
- 10-15 years of experience in the similar industry (k12 publishing)
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel & must have own conveyance (2 wheeler preferably).
- High degree of integrity, maturity and ability to work with team .
- Sense of responsibility.
- Focus to follow all rules & regulations.
- Presentable and well groomed.
- Passionate and dynamic individual.
