* Coordinate all activity to ensure marketing, sales, installation and follow up with schools.
* Keep a very close eye on installation and implementation and decide on future course of action.
* Prepare a business plan, set a units-target after discussion with the seniors, and meet the target. Sole responsiblity for the unit's targets .
* Coordinate with the branch managers and stays directly in touch with the team to promote sales.
* Map potential schools, visit schools and also accompany the sales team to open and close calls.
* Keep seniors posted on all marketing and sales trends, and suggest remedial support.
* Plan the way forward for the following year and also suggest other expansion plans and tie ups.
